Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Associate to join our staffing agency. The ideal candidate will support our marketing efforts to attract new clients, strengthen our brand presence, and assist in candidate outreach. This role involves developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing digital platforms, and supporting business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote staffing services.
  • Manage and create content for social media platforms, website, and email campaigns.
  • Design and distribute promotional materials such as job postings, newsletters, and brochures.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and sales team to align marketing campaigns with business goals.
  • Support lead generation through online and offline campaigns.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1–2 years of marketing experience; staffing/recruitment industry experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, email marketing.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Time: 9 AM to 5 PM
Pay Rate: Depends upon Experience
